meter squares

In class we've been learning about area.We have also been making 1m squares with tape, metre   rulers and right angled triangles.We made 1m squares because ms Curtis wanted us to see how many 1m squares fitted in our classroom. The answer was 64m  squares.

nature walks for science

For science, we went on a nature walk and these are the specimens that we found. We found prickly bushes and non prickly bushes. We also found a huntsman spider on a piece of curled up bark. We found bugs such as stink bugs and dragon flies.
